Whether it's in sports, fashion, community or family....Howdy!™ Influencers have a voice to create buzz in their own unique way. They're about bringing their social media community the best of everything...like a new naturally pure sportswater sourced a few miles from College Station. Not to mention sharing how friends, family and Aggies fans everywhere can help support the team at the same time. Oh, did we mention you can make bank while doing it?
2What Is The Influencer Program?
Our program is designed to help you build a personal social media "brand" while you help us generate funds to support Texas Aggie United Athletes in pursuit of more championships! Influencers earn 10% commission on every sale they refer with their exclusive link or code to HowdyH2o.com. Not just on the first order one of your friends/fam/fans make make, but EVERY order they make with your link or code! The more you refer, the more cheddar you earn! Friends, family, local businesses that want a way to support their team.... It all adds up fast. Plus, top influencers are highligted each quarter in national press releases, featured on our website and boosted via our paid social ads.
3What Are The Rules Of The Program?

You must be at least 18 years of age to join the program.

Do This: Your code is to be used ONLY on your own social platforms or flyers, and signage in your community.

NOT This:

  1. Don't comment on any of our owned social platforms promoting your Influencer code.
  2. Don't include inappropriate language, political or religious points of view, or drugs/alcohol images. All content featuring Howdy!™ products must meet our brand standards, so please use good judgment.
  3. We don't allow trademark bidding or direct linking.
  4. Naturally we also don't allow downloadable software partners to join our program (don't try to act innocent...you know who you are).
  5. Don't share or allow your unique code on coupon sites or anywhere online that publishes discount codes. If our amazing AI bloodhound sniffs out your promo code in the wrong place...no bueno....hasta la vista.
  6. We do allow email marketing, but all partners must be Can-SPAM / GDPR compliant and must contact us prior to running these for suppression lists. Any Howdy!™ influencer that does not receive an email approval in advance is considered to be in violation of our terms and conditions.

Violation of any of the rules shown above or updated at a future time will result in suspension from the program and Karen will need to speak to the manager.

Always remember that the purpose of the Influencer program is to refer new customers and to help spread the word about Howdy!™ sportswater's commitment to donate a portion of all proceeds to Texas Aggies United, the official NIL collective of Texas A&M Athletics. Yes, the promo code is an important driver of sales, however it is equally as important for your community to hear from you about why you recommend the Howdy!™ drinks they will be enjoying.
